GourdChat Bingo

As a backup to the original 2023 GourdChat GourdLord Competition of a Pepo Stock Market Exchange, we are instead going to do a GourdChat Bingo!

The prize for winning the 2023 GourdLord Competition is a personalized gift box filled with a GourdLord Crown, Certificate, autumnal swag, sweet treats, and bragging rights. As Mac is set to be in Antarctica by the end of autumn, this gift box will be sent in March when they return to the states.

TO WIN, you must achieve 7 lines of Bingo (10 boxes in a straight or diagonal line) with photographic proof for each item. The competition ends either when one person has obtained 7 counts of Bingo or November 23, 2023 - Thanksgiving Day. If the latter, the prize goes to whomever has completed the most lines of Bingo. In the event of a tie for lines of Bingo, the prize goes to whomever has obtained more items on the card. Photographic proof may either be a photo of yourself, your driver's license, or a unique identifier to you with the Bingo item in the background.

I hope for an earnest effort for each of your entries, though I'll say that no purchase is necessary for any item on the list – it's okay to take photos of items in the store. Get creative! You aren't allowed to use imagery you create (such as drawing a vampire) or images you find online. These are meant to be found while out and about, so go out and experience the autumn spirit!

You MAY NOT use the same photograph for multiple Bingo items, and each photograph must have an identifier in it. Keep track of the items you've obtained using the Bingo card above, and save each photograph to a document (to be submitted when you submit your bingo card).

All photographs MUST be taken AFTER the initial posting of these rules, 6:03 PM EST on the 5th of October, 2023.

If you'd like to print a Bingo card for physical tracking, here is a .pdf of the Bingo scorecard. There are no bonus points, but if you use a rubber stamp or stickers to mark your Bingo card it'll make Mac happy. Good hunting!
